Lois arrived in the world of real estate after a 15 year stint as an innkeeper on Cape Cod, where she honed her people skills, and previously as Inflight Services Director of a small airline, where she picked up the business acumen necessary for success. Enthusiastic hard work are the key words to describe her attitude. Hobbies are painting, figure skating and the Boston Red Sox. She was voted Seacoast Board of Realtors Co-Broke of the Year in 1999 by her peers.

Sandy has been a Realtor in the New Hampshire Seacoast area for more than 20 years. She is an ASP Certified Home Staging expert, a complimentary service she offers to all of her clients. Sandy and her husband Andy, a Delta Airlines Captain, raised two sons while living in several different seacoast towns and they think the seacoast is a terrific area to raise a family. Sandy is a master gardener in association with UNH County Extension and spends as much time as possible working in her garden in Hampton Falls. She is also President of the Rockingham County Botanical Gardens. Sandy also volunteers her time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)

Steve joined the LM Nelson Group in August of 2005. He grew up just outside of Boston and moved to coastal New Hampshire in 1986. Steve and his wife Marci have lived in Hampton, N Hampton and settled in Rye in 1993, where they are raising their three children. In Rye, he serves his community as a board member of the Rye Education Foundation, President of the Rye Soccer Association, and is also a town Recreation Commissioner, In addition to Real Estate, Steve is a 23 year commercial airline pilot, currently serving as Captain for USAirways in Boston.
